Chris has over 30 years’ diverse experience within the financial markets, funds management and the financial services industry.
He has a passion for assisting clients achieve their individual financial and personal objectives whilst demonstrating true empathy and expertise in financial planning.
He was a former Australian Rugby Sevens and NSW Waratah 1st XV Representative, and has spent his career working in senior management positions within the financial services industry.
These roles include Head of Distribution for a funds management company, CEO for a boutique financial planning business with assets totaling more than $2b and Head of Financial Planning for a Private Wealth Management organization.
Chris is married with 4 children.

Andrew is Capital Count’s senior adviser. Having almost a decade’s experience in private wealth, his expertise focuses on the complex needs and objectives of his clients.
Andrew is a strong advocate for holistic, strategy-based advice, rather than just investment advice, which he views as the true value of financial planning.
Working with Andrew, clients receive superannuation, investment and insurance advice around structuring, tax-minimisation strategies, cash-flow optimisation, academically-based investment portfolio construction, financial modelling and forecasting.
Andrew presents his advice in an easy to understand manner, allowing for that lightbulb moment, all tailored to his clients’ individual circumstances.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is an accredited SMSF adviser.
Outside of work, Andrew is a keen tennis player, musician, and fitness tragic. You may find him on the Bondi Coogee run early mornings or battling the surf conditions!

Melissa started working within the financial advice industry in 1991 and has known many of the clients for over 20 years !
She spends her days writing financial plans and assisting with every aspect of the business. Capital Counts has a strong focus on team work within the office, and tends to take a collaborative approach to finding creative ways to best help the clients.
Melissa is often the person that will pick up the phone when you ring and can help with most enquiries and also help you work out a time to see the Advisors.

Client Service Officer
Currently in his penultimate year studying a Bachelor of Laws, Jamie intends to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, with a future aspiration of becoming a financial advisor.
As the Client Service Officer at Capital Counts, Jamie operates as a point of contact for clients, handling implementation of advice and any other requests you may have.
Outside of the office, Jamie is a former professional squash player and can still be seen coaching and competing around the courts in Sydney.
